SCRAMBLED EGGS & BEAN SPROUTSIngredients: 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped1 can bean sprouts, well drained1 tsp. salt2 tsp. soy sauce6 eggsDash pepperToastMelt butter in a large skillet, saute onions for 1 min. Add bean sprouts and mix lightly. Combine salt, soy sauce, pepper and eggs and beat slightly. Pour over bean sprouts in skillet. Scramble and cook over low heat until set. Serve on hot buttered toast. Serves 4.
