WALNUT SAUCEIngredients:1/4 cup butter1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped1/2 cup milk2 tbsp. parsley, minced1 tsp. saltMethod:In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter lightly brown walnuts, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, heat. Yield: 1-1/2 cups
