PLUM SAUCEIngredients: 1 28-oz. can green gage plums1 clove garlic, crushed1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. vinegarDrain juice from plums. Put fruit in blender, blend until puréed. In saucepan, combine purée, garlic, sugar and vinegar. Cook slowly for about 30 minutes, cool and pour into jars or bottles. Refrigerate. |
