JAM JAM COOKIESIngredients: 1 c. brown sugar1 1/4 c. butter or margarine1 egg1/2 c. molasses2 tsp. soda dissolved in 4 Tbsp. boiling water Flour, enough to make a soft doughCombine ingredients. Roll out carefully, cut with round cookie cutter or edge of water glass. Bake in moderate (375F) oven. When cool, put two cookies together with your favorite jam in the center.
