GINGER SNAPSIngredients: 1 c. white sugar3/4 c. butter1/4 c. molasses1 egg2 c. flour2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. cloves1 tsp. gingerPinch of saltCream butter and sugar until creamy. Add egg and molasses and beat until blended. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and then dip in white sugar. Bake in moderate oven (350C) for 10 minutes. |
