Polish Dill Pickles E-mail

 

POLISH DILL PICKLESSlice clean, firm pickling cucumbers & onions (optional) in proportions desired. Put into quart jars. Add 2 sprigs dill, 2 cloves garlic and pinch of pickling spice in each jar. Boil a brine consisting of: 4 c. vinegar 4 c. white sugar 1/4 c. pickling salt 2 c. water Pour over cucumbers. Seal in jars.
