CHILI RELISHIngredients: 6 qts ripe tomatoes, peeled10 green peppers, chopped10 sweet red peppers, chopped5 medium onions, chopped1/2 c. salt1 hot red pepper, chopped3 Tbsp. flour2 1/2 lbs. sugar1 6-oz jar prepared mustard1 qt. cider vinegarIn large pot combine tomatoes, green peppers, sweet peppers, onions and salt, let stand overnight.Dressing: Combine flour and sugar; add mustard and vinegar. Stir until smooth. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Drain vegetables, add the hot peppers. Add dressing, bring to boil and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Bottle in sterilized jars, seal tightly. Yield: 6 pints.
