GAZPACHOIngredients: 1 c. tomato, peeled & chopped1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped1/2 c. celery, finely chopped1/2 c. cucumber, peeled & chopped1/4 c. onion, finely chopped2 tsp. chopped parsley1 tsp. chopped chives1 small clove garlic, minced2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice2 Tbsp. olive oil1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce2 c. tomato juiceIn large bowl, combine all ingredients, refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve chilled. Serves 6.
