SAUSAGE and MACARONI HOT DISHIngredients:1 lb. pork sausage1/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 cup uncooked macaroni2 tbsp. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. chili powder1 - 1 lb. can tomatoes1/2 cup dairy sour creamgrated cheese Method:Lightly brown the meat. Drain off fat. Add onions and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in next six ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Check macaroni to make sure it is cooked throughout. Stir in sour cream - heat throughout. Add grated cheddar with this hot dish. Yield: Makes 4 - 6 servings.
