Parsley Potato Salad Ring E-mail

 

PARSLEY POTATO SALAD RINGIngredients: 3/4 c. mayonnaise6 c. cubed cooked potatoes1 c. sliced celery1/2 c. finely chopped onions1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives1/4 c. parsley1 Tbsp. salt1/4 tsp. paprikaDash pepperCombine ingredients, toss lightly. Pack into 1 1/2 qt. ring mold which has been sprinkled with chopped parsley. Chill. Unmold on lettuce, garnish with tomato wedges.
