CELESTIAL SALAD RINGIngredients: 3 1/2 c. tomato juice2 pkg. lemon jelly powder1 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. finely chopped celery1/2 c. cooked peas1 pkg. tomato vegetable soupPinch of pepper1/2 c. chopped cucumber1/4 c. chopped green onionBoil tomato juice and soup together for 10 min. in a saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in jelly powder. Add vinegar and pepper. Allow to partially set. Add vegetables and pour into mold. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce.
