Spanish Rice E-mail

 

SPANISH RICEIngredients:1 cup uncooked rice1/3 cup chopped onion1/3 cup chopped green pepper2 tbsp. cooking oil2 cups chopped canned tomatoes1 cup water1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. prepared mustard1 beef bouillon cube Method:Saute rice, onion and green pepper in oil until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Yield: Serves 6 - 8.
