SWEET POTATO PIEIngredients: 1/3 cup butter3/4 cup sugar2 eggs2 cups yams, mashed3/4 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla1/4 teaspoon salt1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shellCream butter and sugar together in a large bowl; add eggs and stir. Add yams and mix well. Stir in milk, vanilla, and salt, mix well. Pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set.
