KEDGEREEIngredients: 1/3 c. rice 1 c. cooked fish, flaked 2 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 egg yolk, beaten 1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped Salt & pepperCook rice and drain. Add fish, mix lightly with a fork and reheat. Add melted butter, egg yolk, parsley and salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Place on serving dish, serve with parsley, lemon and/or fish sauce. |
