JELLIED FISHIngredients: 3 lbs. raw fish3 c. water1 small onion, chopped2 1/2 tsp. saltPepper1 pkg. unflavored gelatinClean and wash fish, cut into steaks and place in saucepan. Add water, bring to boil. Add onion and salt, simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Place fish in casserole dish. Soak gelatin in 1 Tbsp. cold water, then add to the fish juice. Add pepper to taste. Strain juice over the fish and let set.
