New Brunswick contractors, give notice of your lien interest in a property by serving the appropriate parties with this Notice of Lien form in accordance with the Mechanic's Lien Act. The Notice of Lien sets out the property address which is subject to the lien, the work or services done or to be done, and the amount due to the contractor by the property owner. This New Brunswick Notice of Lien form contains both the English and French versions, and includes a copy of the section of the Mechanic's Lien Act which describes how the form must be served.
