Use this template to prepare a month-to-month Independent Contractor Agreement between a developer of certain technology and a party wishing to fund the developments and bring them to the marketplace. Provisions of the contract include: The developer will assign all of its rights in commercially viable products to the investor, in exchange for the funding. The developer will be paid a royalty for each viable product. The developer will provide the investor with regular reports of all developments.
