Give a personal guarantee to repay the debts of a corporate borrower with this Guarantee and Postponement of Claim for the Province of Ontario. The Guarantee would be given by a principal of a corporate borrower (such as a director, shareholder, sole proprietor), to guarantee repayment of the borrower's indebtedness to the lender, if the borrower defaults in payment.
