Use this template to prepare a Marketing Services Agreement for the Province of Ontario between the owner of a business and a marketing consultant, retaining the consultant to act as a non-exclusive authorized consultant with respect to marketing the company's products and services. Provisions of the agreement include: Compensation to be paid to the consultant will be calculated as a percentage of net revenues. Includes non-competition and non-solicitation provisions with respect to marketing competing products and/or services. The consultant agrees to keep all proprietary information of the company confidential. The parties agree to arbitration in the event of a dispute. The client will provide sales and technical training for the consultants sales reps. This is a Canadian consulting contract in MS Word format.
