Use this template to create a Teaming Agreement between a prime contractor and a subcontractor for tendering a proposal and subcontractor bid to a customer for joint provision of services. Provisions of the agreement include: The subcontractor will provide its submission to the prime contractor, who will prepare the proposal. Each party will bear its own costs incurred in preparation of the proposal and bid. The parties agree to keep each other's information confidential and not to disclose any such information to third parties. The parties' relationship is that of independent contractors.
