The author grants the publisher the write to publish the work in the journal, in either printed or electronic form, and via the publisher's website. The publishing right is exclusive for a specified period of time, and then becomes non-exclusive to allow the author to publish the work through other channels. The publisher has the right to translate the work into other languages, subject to the author's approval of the translator. All copyright and ownership rights in the work remain with the author.
